proof of joint lease on condo

copy of letters to each other

copy of emails to each other

copy of facebook messages and wall to wall

copy of wedding cards sent to us

copy of passport stamps proving visits to each other (is it okay to just assume they can look at the copied pages at the start as proof of this or do i need to print them again)

photographic evidence from beginning of relationship up to the wedding

BTW beneficiary's birth certificate and passport are not required for the I-130 petition but you will need the original long-form birth certificate at the NVC stage. Good luck!

No, no divorces. Both of our first marriages.

What do you think about the passport question? Do I need to reprint just the stamps and add them seperately? or will they figure it out?

If you have already printed the passport pages with the stamps, I think those will suffice.

When my wife adjusted status, she included every single page of her passport, whether there was a stamp or not! Unnecessary? Probably. But she wanted to be 100%.

No I think you covered every base, That has got to be a big pile worth of paperwork, I think Mine was maybe 1/4 of that.

I doubt you will get a RFE, they will carzy to do so hehe

I included all the pages of my US passport too.

It has 2 purposes:

1) To prove the petitioner is a USC sponsor

2) Secondary evidences of the marriage relationship, because it had all my travel stamps to visit her

Haha thanks guys, I know it probably seems like im going over the top, but we've been doing the long distance thing for so long, we just wanna make sure we cover all bases.

I did all pages of the passport just coz it seemed like the best way to go. I know many people are fine with just the biographical page, but as im sure you all know, a delay of a few weeks for an RFE would just add more unnecessary waiting!

So, how are things looking now that people are getting transferred from the Cali SC to Texas? THings moving quicker?

Also, just to keep my optimistic side happy, whats the quickest I can expect to get through this first stage without an expedite? Is 5 months the norm, or the max?
