Hey Guys <sigh>

I am wore out.......but I did just get a call from the Orange County Register and they scheduled an interview with me tomorrow at noon. The reporter read my blog and felt the story was very compelling.

Now if the rest of you would start posting your stories in the comments of my blog, it may help the chances of the story getting picked up nationally. Think about it.......I've greased the skids for you guys.

I have added my story. Wade, fight for us! Please!!!!

How did you confirm that? I suspect mine is lost as well.

The senator's office contacted the congressional liaison who found out.

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Clear and sunny for the next 7 days in Dallas, TX. I don't know why TSC keeps closing. Icy Road with a capital IR?

03-31-2011 Expedite Request Sent

some cases get approved without a change of status online...could be just that. Is there another way you can make sure you got approved besides the change online?

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Keep the faith, everything works out for the very best

In the world I used to know, it was as easy as picking up a phone, calling a toll-free number, and simply asking.

Xelance.. how do I email Angela Barrows... I have been waiting for 7 months now and I am truly desperate. My daughter needs her therapies or she will be kicked out of the EI program. she is down syndrome. Plz can you forward the email address.. thanks

I was lost because I hadn't read anything since last week and I did now and I am all down because if I dont have my daughter back in June .. she will be kicked out of the theraphy as they are holding her place. You all know how difficult is to get benefits for down syndrome babies. plz she is getting behind. she is 16 month and can crawl yet.. thanks to TSC that she is not here yet and in Mexico there is no resources. I was approved for an expedite and nothing.. so plz I need to email this lady.. because is the NVC takes around four months I need my daughter to be back before the end of June.. plz plz plz

Your daughter is in my prayers, I really hope people like you and Wade who have legitimate health issues, especially when it comes to kids, get through this mess first.
