My Romanian wife and I have a zillion videos of the time we've spent together, in both Romania and the USA. Has anybody here ever burned a DVD of videos to submit as proof of a bona fide relationship? Would the NVC even consider looking at videos? Or would this be a waste of time?

I agree with the premise of what you're suggesting but I doubt its highly likely that any form of media is accepted. If you can just send photos, or stills from the video - dont rely on a dvd that probably wont be accepted.

Good luck

Get tons of stills from the videos printed as photos! I don't think they will look at videos, but photos are great evidence!

That is a good thing but i agree they might not accept a DVD

so still pictures off the videos is a good evidence

Good Luck

Thanks, all. We have half-a-zillion photos, too. Just thought maybe "overkill" with both photos AND videos might be even better.

I don't believe USCIS accepts any documentation in electronic form. As far as bringing to to your interview, as Loto posted, it may also not be accepted due to security concerns. I would suggest sticking to paper copies of photos. Good luck!

The way things are going with hi tech someday you may be required to submit videos of you consumating the relationship!

However until that happens it's best to submit about 10 pages with 4 shots with captions per page of various scenes, times and places together.

Always GOOD to have some pics with the petitioner, bene, benes friends and family together. We were denied the first time specifically because of lack of pictures with the petitioner and the benes family. At least that's what my senators staff reported to me.

Hint!

Take extra brief case with all the evidence you think you may not need!!!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
