My husband forgot to enclose a continuation sheet of I-130 into his petition. My case is at the California Processing center now, and we have a case number. What's the address that he should use to mail this document to the USCIS center?
Call USCIS and see if they'll take your addendum. Or you might have to wait for a Request For Evidence which sounds innocent but it can potentially delay your approval by weeks, maybe even months. I'm not sure if it's possible to send missing things pro-actively. Better you call and find out. .

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

When we filed, the processing times were about 6 months. We got our RFE close to the 6 month mark. I know it is frustrating but there is really nothing you can do at the moment. Sending anything in now is not a guarentee that it will be matched up with your petition
