My petition is currently in initial review.

I have some informations that might help my case.

Should I send USCIS the information without them requesting it?

It is not needed at this point.

I realize that, but rather than wait for them to request more info, then send it, which would waste many months.

I was thinking I could send now and save some time. Maybe they might find the info useful. If not, they can always discard it.

Could hurt could it?

Also, which address should I use? The Chicago lockbox or something else?

I just said my opinion. Now it is up to you.

Definitely it is not Chicago Lockbox address.

Good luck!

^^ Agree.

Generally sending unsolicited additional information to USCIS is not recommended; reason being, it is not likely to be matched up to your original petition. While it is difficult to wait the process out, second guessing what you submitted, you need to wait. If USCIS requests more information you will receive an RFE which will give you specific details of what they want and where to send it. That will ensure it does match up to your petition.

If you feel you want to send in more information regardless, good luck. Not sure where you would send it as your petition would have been forwarded to a processing centre. You could always try to call USCIS for guidance but good luck with that as they are not known to be too helpful.

Its too late to frontload your petition.. I tried to do what you want to do and the info never got put in the file but was recieved by USCIS.... its a waste of time and $.IMO.

on another note.... if it did make it to the case folder, by the time the file gets to HCMC, the CO may see the late addition and wonder why are you adding more info.. is there some issue in the case that you are tryng to compensate for...

all you can do now is get it together with the interview paperwork and hope they look at it... they are well known for not accepting evidence or even looking at it at the interview in HCMC...

Is frontloading a petition a good idea? This is all that I included in my petition.

•Copy of U.S. passport for petitioner.

•Copy of Naturalization Certificate for petitioner.

•Copy of Vietnamese passport for beneficiary.

•Copy of U.S. passport for daughter.

•Copy of CRBA for daughter.

•Copy of daughter’s birth certificate. (English translated)

•Copy of marriage certificate. (English translated)

•Form G-325A for petitioner.

•Form G-325A for beneficiary.

•2 Passport photographs.

•Registration of Temporary Stays in Vietnam

Registration of Temporary Stays is a document that I have to fill our every 3 months at local police dept. notifying them where I am living during my temporary visits.

Is this enought or should I have included more, such as photographs and more evidence of relationship.

Some VJ members advise to include everything except the kitchen table and others say quality is better than quantity so I'm a little baffled.

This is your second trip through HCMC. Your past experience shows that the expectations are very high. Including the timeline would have been helpful. At this point it is better to wait and see what the interviewing CO thinks of your old K1 petition file along with the CR1 petition. As others have stated, therre is no guarantee that any new documents sent at this time would find your case file.

Have the timeline and photos prepared for your spouse to take to her interview. Having them there is the best you can do at this point.

I considered doing the same thing with the NVC. Decided to call them 1st and ask. The lady I spoke with said if they pull your case to add anything to it, it gets bumped back. Now i'm concerned that sending my wife a notorized copy of our timeline may not be of much help. We've been waiting for a interview date since Sept 3, 2010. Since then, i've got our timeline complete, just need it notorized. I also plan on printing all of our emails, phone records, yahoo chat. My wife, has all reciepts from Western Union, the flower shop. When I was there in June I gave her a ATM card from my bank. ATM's in Vietnam are bad for not keeping paper for printing reciepts for withdrawls. So I printed all my bank statements showing when she withdrew money. I'm pretty sure we have more then enough evidence, to show we married for the right reason.

My concern, will the CO take the time to look at all our evindence. It looks like it might be luck of the draw.

I've only been a member here for a couple of weeks at most. The timeline I keep reading about. This is the only place I've seen it mentioned. I think that might be the one piece of evidence to help us see pink. :)

Thanks VJ

You can add any missing required documents at NVC stage, before RFE was generated.

Adding secondary evidences of the marriage - Can't you produce it at beneficiary's interview time?
