k1 approved yr. 2009- withdrew same yr. and re-filing this yr.

we have an approved k1 last yr. and we withdrew it last yr. also bcoz we decided to wait until my annulment finalized... and now were re-filing our case.. what do u think guys...? i am nervous...

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

probably just the petition not the actual visa. I'm sure once they got to the actual visa application they would have been denied.

correct! that's why we didnt pursued it.. we realized that it is not right thing to do, and for sure it will be risky for me... so what we did, my honey sent a withdrawal letter to the US embassy here in the Phil. stating that he is withdrawing the approved k1... i didnt go to my med. and interview... but instead i filed for an annulment...

N-400:
