I had just checked the timeline this morning, and it said I could expect NOA2 after February 7......

this evening I got notice that they approved our I-130.

NOA1 was October 14.

4/19/2011: CASE NUMBER ASSIGNED

4/21/2011: AOS BILL PAID

5/04/2011: IV BILL GENERATED AND PAID

5/13/2011: NVC RECEIVED

5/24/2011: RFE

5/25/2011: RFE SENT

6/02/2011: ADVANCED MEDICAL DAY 1

6/03/2011: ADVANCED MEDICAL DAY 2 PASSED

USCIS: VSC (188 days)

10/04/10: Sent I-130

10/12/10: NOA1 (Received text/email with receipt #)

10/14/10: "Touched"

10/16/10: NOA1 (Received hard copy I-797C)

04/18/11: NOA2 (Received text/email):D

04/22/11: NOA2 (Received hard copy I-797C)

NVC

04/25/11: NVC received my original petition

05/05/11: Received NVC Case # and IIN; gave them our emails

05/07/11: Sent DS 3032 email

05/07/11: AOS fee invoiced and paid

05/09/11: NVC accepts husband's DS-3032 email

05/10/11: AOS fee shows up as paid

Hey Congrats to drakkon84 and calibob. October cases are churning out now :thumbs:. You must have seen my other post as in I got an RFE. But I am working on it and hope to get it resolved soon and join you guys in the NVC club then.Good luck to all the rest.

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032

im STILL awaiting the bottom of my timeline to give me any sort of idea of when case may be adjucated! still says not enough recent approvals......my filing date is around the time of alot of recent approvals LOL.....does anyone know why mine wouldnt say any date at all??? does it go by CSC vs VCS?

i pray VCS is moving as fast as CSC.....would love to have an approval before I leave to go visit hubby next week for our first anniversay......that would be the best gift ever!

hang in their june jult sept filers.....your approval soon come!

I feel you...I'm also VSC and my timeline has not said anything since like November...let's just keep hanging in there. I'm sure VSC filers are getting approved, there just aren't enough of them registered on this website, which explains why they can't come up with a prediction.
