About to start AOS, what is I-94 form?

You can attend the nearest POE and request a replacement (free of charge I believe). There was a post recently about it. If I can find it I'll repost it.

09/20/2007 - Sent Packet 3 for K-4 Visas (follow to join for children)

10/02/2007 - K-4 Interviews - approved

10/12/2007 - Everyone back to USA!

Thnx for the help guys. I spoke with the CBP/ Immigration today and told me and my wife to come in tomorrow and meet with them. They told me to bring her passport. Hopefully they will be giving us a new I-94. I will post what happens tomorrow when we get back, Thnx. :thumbs:

Also, on the I-485 you can write "K1 visa" as her status. USCIS will be able to figure it out from there.

Good news...we got the I-94!!!!!!! No charge or anything!!! We went to the CBP office... (not at the airport) and the officer remembered me from my phone call and asked to see my wifes passport. He left for about 10 mins then came back with the I-94 and said have a good day. Glad it worked out good for us now on to the next step.... My advice to anyone else in this same situation would beim not sure if every airport has another CBP office outside of the main airport but it wouldnt hurt to check and find out. Thnx guys for your advice and help.
