Hi Friends,

I'm an october person and i just got Request for Initial Evidence (I-485)

I thought i got it cover but i'm starting to get nervous about this

I got four yellow papers

In the First one i got

- Submit a complete federal income tax return submitted to the IRS from the sponsor on form i-864.

- The sponsor income on the federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% (that is 42000 last year so should be more than enough)

Such evidence should include:

Dates of emplyment

nature of the job

wages or salary earned

number of hours per week worked

prospects for future emplyment and advancement

pay stubs or other documentation of pay for the previous 6 months

in the second one i got:

-to the household member income to be included.... (i don't even work yet and i didnt put any income on my behalf)

-the household member need to submit the federal income tax return for the most recent tax year

in the third paper they put:

- submit all supporting tax documentation (W2 and 1099 and all suporting tax information)

(already send that including a letter with the extension case number)

- proof of current income

Such evidence should include:

prospects for future emplyment and advancement

pay stubs or other documentation of pay for the previous 6 months

on the forth paper they put:

did not meet 125% (again this)

- bank statments covering the last 12 months

evidence of of owership.

I don't know what you sent in but it looks like something in their eyes was missing. We sent in:

1.Taxes: 2009, 1040 form, W2, 1099 and all tax documents

2.Letter from employer: stating when sponsor (husband in this case) starting working there, what he did, hours worked and wage earned/expected. Also had employer write a good working reference within that same letter.

3.Pay stubs: for 1 month prior to applying

We didn't include anything for me as it wasn't needed.The 125% RFE's might be from questioning the validity of the $42000 income put in I-864 if proper documentation wasn't submitted to verify it? As well that would explain the request for your income..

I obviously don't know for sure but I hope that helps some what?

Your Case Status: Request for Evidence Response Review

On November 22, 2010, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location . . .

I hope this was the first and last RFE !

I' d prefer to receive the EAD & AP before AOS interview, though !

Agreed, May really wants to work.. And I've love for that second income to start rolling in.. :-)

Our Biometric was scheduled dated 19 Nov.2010, however still no touches till now...and i read some vj's member they got a touches on the following day after they got their biometric..

Kinda frustrated why until now ours still no touches...huhuhu..;(((( Is this normal?

Some people never get touches during the whole process. You shouldn't worry about that, just getting all key events such as biometrics and interview on time...

What does it says when you got the touches?

I am kinda worried as mostly VJ's members has touches after the biometric.:-((((. Oh! hope we wont have RFE though..

Still hoping that all our documents are all in track..

"touches" just means the last updated date for your case you are tracking in your USCIS login on the website. They don't always update the case info on the website though I've heard. Ours has been helpful so far just to let us know there's some activity.

Finally something happened with our case! Transferred to CSC and the AOS is visible online for the first time. Still can't bring up the EAD and AP, though.

Now if only we could get a biometrics appointment....

Good news is you might not have an interview with your case transferred to CSC

Hmmm, USCIS says we were mailed an RFE on Nov 24. No idea what for, haven't received it in the mail yet..

How do you know your case is transferred to CSC? Is it an email notification?
