Update (because it is Sunday and I said I would): The uncle makes enough alone so while he filed married, I will just be going off of his I-864. If they require the aunt's info then I will find out and have her sign that when she gets back in town (next month). He said that he would fill it out tonight and I have tried calling but no answer. So I will try again tomorrow. Looking ok so far.

Great news Teya! Good luck!

Ok...so I finally got through to the NVC and they said that my case was received but I have to give it 6 to 8 weeks until it's loaded into the system and then I'll hear from them at that point! She wouldn't even take my e-mail address! Has this happened to anyone else here ??? What is going on?

yes. They say 6-8 weeks but usually it takes 2-3 weeks from your NOA2 approval date. They will not take the email address as they dont have a case number for you. So once you get your case number, they will take the information.

So, basically, I should just keep calling once a week to see if there's a case number?
