How did you know that your DS-3032 was accepted? Did you receive any email from NVC on it? THanks !

Yes, we received an email back from them indicating that my DS-3032 was accepted and my IV was Invoiced at the same time.

What we did to get this email confirmation we re-emailed the signed scanned copy of the DS-3032 to NVC inquiry, in the subject line we put Attn: Supervisor Sue Beneficiary name case number.

Make sure you re-attach your signed copy of DS-3032 form to your new email sent to Attn: supervissor Sue. Also make sure that you are sending this email from the beneficiary email address. The reply will only come to them because only the beneficiary can request the DS-3032. In the begining of the email we addressed Sue and asked for her to take a look if the email with the DS-3032 attachment was received that we previously was sent. We also mentioned that we mailed that hard copy to them as well. Within 2 hrs we got the response back with the acceptance.

Yes, I have been meaning to do that, but I usually read/post from work, and all the dates are at home, so I will have to wait until I can get on from home for the details.

In a nutshell, we applied for a change of status for my wife in February (she had overstayed a visitor visa from long before we met). Had our interview for her in April, she got her green card shortly after that. Then we had to get paperwork lined up to bring over the two kids in Bolivia with her mother. That is what these two visas that just failed the login this morning relate to. So hopefully next month or early December we will be on our way to La Paz for the interview there, and bringing the kids home a few days after that.

I have been trying to find a thread on-site here about kids visas...seems like most people here are working mostly on spouses. Not sure what to expect of an embassy interview for kids...I mean, it's not like they can question whether they are her kids or not (and my step-kids). Oh well...we get another trip to Bolivia out of it anyway.

When I send the hard copy in the express mail, I just wrote NVC & CIS# on DS-3032.

When I received the email (IIN and AOS invoice with DS-3032 form, it has barcode in it), my wife completed it, signed, scanned and emailed as an attachment to NVC.

i was wondering if someone might be able to help me out? my NVC case number was generated Oct 14th but I still havent received my IIN and every time I call them they say that its not generated yet and that it usually takes 2-4 weeks from the time the case number was generated to receive the IIN, but it seems that everyone here has already received theirs...Am i doing something wrong?

When you call them, tell them that you are trying to log into the website and you need the Invoice Identification Number. Don't tell them anything else. Say you have the nvc case number. Just need the IIN to log in. See how that goes. Call right now. Whoever you talk to, address them using his/her name. Ask how's his day is going, etc, before you even begin to talk.

Been doing that lots, actually...I have been lurking here since February reading and bouncing around. Have found a few threads about kids, and read the guide(s) that applies to us, but like I said, I haven't seen too many threads that relate to our situation. Her and I here, the kids over there waiting to be reunited with us. So have not seen many (ie ANY) threads like that. I will, of course, keep looking. The kids are both minors (11 and 14).

also, every time I emailed them asking a question they never responded? and when i call and ask them if i can send the ds-3032 by email they tell me that itll only slow down the process because the IIN hasnt been generated yet? but i see on here that everyone sent it in beforehand? (unless i misunderstood..)
