Got an email tonight with NOA2!! yayyyyyy!!!!!!!!! Now starting the NVC/consulate stage. Hope everything goes quickly now!

Any news for the rest of you RFE peoples?

9/24- I-129F received by CSC

9/27 NOA1 received in mail

9/28- Check Cashed

10/1- touched

2/23- RFE email

2/28- RFE hardcopy

3/7- NOA2!!!!!

3/28- Interview! APPROVED!

4/7 - Jimmy arrives in the USA!

Congratzzzz.... No i am not approved yet and this waiting sucks...i dont understand what these monkeys are doing in uscis. Adjudication of an RFE is taking so long for many of us

04/26/2011 - Interview! Visa APPROVED and issued! yAAAy

05/20/2011 - POE: LAX

06/03/2011 - Wedding!!

07/07/2011 - Adilet got his SSN!

07/13/2011 - NOA1 text message and an email

10/04/2011 - EAD in hands.

10/14/2011 - Interview. GC APPROVED on the spot! Yeah!

congrat LoveinPeru !! Our RFE hardcopy is also from the 28 february, it gives me hope it will be very soon for us too! :thumbs:

I would really contact your congressman/woman. I'm pretty sure that the only reason my stuff got processed as quickly as it did was that a rep from my congresswoman's office was calling USCIS to make sure they didnt get behind. So I really recommend it.

I'm planning to call NVC on Monday. Is there anything else to ask them aside for the case number? Please advise. Thank you.

Only that if they have sent your paperwork to the embassy in your country yet. We found out our case number from NVC on Friday (11 Mar), but they said that they haven't forwarded our application to the American embassy in London yet. Fingers crossed it'll be next week. Also, I've booked my medical as I now have the LND number, so things are moving along! Thank goodness.

We got our Rfe email on the 16th and got our hardcopy on the 22nd, we sent in our response ( passport photos) the 23rd and we just got an email on the 10th saying they have our stuff. I'm assuming ours won't take long considering the "review" will be like " do you have passport photos - ok here they are, Approved" So I'm believing it would have to be next week that our NOA2 would come.

I called last week and according to NVC they have sent our petition to Manila, Philippines on 3-8-11. My fiancee tried to call the Embassy in Manila yesterday 3-13-11 to see if they received our petition yet and lady that she spoke with said that all they have right now is the email from NVC and they are still waiting for the hard copy. The lady adviced my fiancee to call again on Friday. Good luck on yours...

Yeah, so are we. My fiance called on Friday (11 Mar) and they said that they received it on Friday (4 Mar), so just waiting for them to send it to American Embassy here in London.

Btw, I booked my medical as I got my LND number. That's good at least. Just anxious about getting an interview date (heard it can take up a month after packet 3 is sent and that's a long time!).
