Its been 4 months and 3 weeks.. still fingers crossed.. hope to get my NOA2 in this week i am anxiously wating for NOA2. Best of luck to other september filers ...plz keep praying we will get ours soon inshallah

September 14th CSC Filer here... Congrats to all who have gotten their approvals so far.... hope to get mine soon, but I have a question, How do you find out how many times your file has been touched? On the USCIS Website it says the same thing it always has..... Initial Review, but never says any updates... It kind of freaks me out seeing others with at least one touch.... meanwhile I patiently wait and trust in the system.

I just want to know how you would find out about touches be it the USCIS website or elsewhere, and how often a case just doesnt get touched at all, yet still goes through.... Thx

Touches mean nothing. Your case was likely touched to be put in a box with other petitions from the same time frame and maybe touched again when that box was placed on a shelf behind other boxes. You may see it touched again when your file has been taken out of the box and ready for adjudication but usually this isn't the case. Your next touch will likely be your approval. I hope that happens soon.

I'm very happy that VSC is finally moving, and I know they are still behind, but I can't help feeling jealous that they are getting action and now CSC is stagnant! ugh!

9/24- I-129F received by CSC

9/27 NOA1 received in mail

9/28- Check Cashed

10/1- touched

2/23- RFE email

2/28- RFE hardcopy

3/7- NOA2!!!!!

3/28- Interview! APPROVED!

4/7 - Jimmy arrives in the USA!

makes me think that CSC is helping VSC get caught up. That's ok, I guess. Anyway, it's still early out here in California...we usually don't start seeing updates until late afternoon/evening.
