Hi! I have to questions. Hope you can help me:

1. Can I mail the IV package and the AOS package together in one packet? or have to make to deliveries?

2. I am currently in Santo Domingo, I'll have my interview here in my country, do we have to translate my civil documents? Cause I found this info in NVC website:

Translation Requirements

All documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which application for a visa is being made, must be accompanied by certified translations.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. This website is been so helpful for us!

I don't know about the first question.

For second question: Yes. You should definately translate all documents. Also, if your country issues English certificates like for marriage, you should obtain that. I know in Bangladesh, where my spouse is, you can get official certificate of everything in either English or Bangla. So that's helpful.

1. Yes you can mail both documents in one packet.. JUST be certain to Seperate them with paper clips and the barcode/cover sheet on top.

2. YOu can translate it.. should not be a big deal. I go to Santo Domingo all the time and have have contact with that office. They conduct interviews in Spanish and in English. IF the doc. is in the official language then no need to go spend more money..!

Yes. That's what I thought. I prefer to send the translations an avoid any RFE. I think It's better sent additional information instead of missing anything. But thanks to all for the replies.

Well technically you don't need to translate if they are in the language of your country. Really. I sent my stuff and it was all german. No RFE.

I'm just saying this knowing that translations can be really really expensive.
