We're going to try one more time to save you some money and aggravation, here. If he is just about to enter the US, let's say he gets his green card in October. Thus, he will apply for removing conditions in July 2012. If you DO insist on sending in the ROC in 2011, all that will happen is that they will take your money and reject your application, and you will apply again (and pay the money AGAIN) in July 2012. You will not get a refund just because you submitted it too early the first time.

ETA: Darnell is correct, there is no one to contact. As with all stages of the process, you simply file the required forms and wait. The forms can be found at uscis.gov. Look for the I-751.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)

OK ! I'm out !

I do few things while typing,so regular people make mistakes in letters,numbers,signs..etc.

As far as -people who told me-means-people from US embassy-well didn't tell me,but my husband-my mistake ;)

And as far as your wishes-you should be-things get much easier that way.Yes I do get panicky but in OVERALL-I am happy :)

Yap,don't need no more answers, got one I was looking for :) THANX ANYWAY ;) Enjoy!

There is no one to contact, sorry.

You can, instead, simply mail off the ROC packet.

What do you 'expect' to happen during 'that contact' ?

If you really want to contact 'someone' in OCT 2011, hey !

come on down to Houston, bring 20 kg of food that you cooked (or I'll turn you loose in my kitchen for 1 day)

and you can contact ME, face to face, exchange YOUR cooked food for MY filling out yer forms.

Must be 20 KG, though, or more, or it's not worth the contact.

With answer received,I am gonna head out too...But-I DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING AT ALL FROM NOBODY.JUST INFO WHERE TO FILE,so I know when times comes...ALL I REALLY WANTED I HAVE AND CANNOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS LAST PIECE OF PUZZLE FITTING RIGHT INTO THE PLACE :) Hope you know the feeling...or you will one day.Because it's bad to be grumpy all the time.Little advice - if it ain't your day-you need to deal with it,asking yourself why that something happened and how to fix it or make it a little better, instead of take it on others whose lives seem to be nice and fulfilled at the moment, and who only ask simple question just because i thought of it at the moment...Thank you anyway for your time.Appreciate an effort!

Well I am sorry that I haven't received masters in VISAS AND ALL ABOUT VISAS as some people here.I've never been interested in this, untill I've met a man of my dreams in my country, and even after that-my only interest as US CITIZEN was for my love to get his visa so he can come here and we can live together untill we decide to go back...that happened in relatively short and positive timely matter so I only go by what they tell me,for things I need now or will need,w/o wish to expand my knowledge

So please,take that in consideration,thanx!

And let us give you a bit of advice. When you make it blantantly clear that you are not interested in doing the research yourself and come here begging for answers, the LEAST you can do is be polite to the people who give them to you. You came here and made a post with very little clarity to your situation, asked a question, and then very much came across RUDE to the people who answered you because you didn't like what they told you.

I have never said this to anyone on this forum as of yet, but you've earned it. GO READ THE GUIDES.

Obviously for some people I made enough clear to understand what I needed ;) Besides-I have time- over a yr, to find out,but why not bother to ask now and just save info for later if it came to mind?! It makes life much easier ;)))

Enjoy your day! Smile :)

You keep coming back after you've said you're done several times, so yes, I think so.

If you don't care, read my post above again. Let it sink in and move on. I certianly have no tolerance for your brand of nonsense.

Si, man. Nor do others, no man.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Keep coming back because I cannot understand how you can keep writing to me when I DO NOT CARE! :bonk: That's always that "psycho side" in people who don't have nothing better to do but keep posting something that has been FINISHED.FINITTO.DONE.OVER. etc etc.Instead of that, think about your wedding-you should be on 7th heaven now instead of re-writing same stuff THAT SANK IN AFTER NICE PERSON SIMPLY ANSWERED MY QUESTION ;)

But I admit I do have fun though-so keep it up :whistle:
