when i(citizen) arrive in the USA with my fiancee.. i assume she has to go thru the line for foreigners.. can i go in the same line as her? or do we have to separate and i go in the line for us citizen?

Citizens go through a different line from non-immigrants. K-1 visa holders are considered non-immigrants, but not to worry, she would not get lost :)

It wont make a different... She can go into the line with US citizen/RESIDENTS.... I think in Mia for Example ... there is a line for Visitors, Residents/US Citien, Citizens. She doenst need to GO INTO THE line that says Vistors... WHY..? because she is not travelliing on a tourist/visitor's visa so that would not apply to her. I'm Not a Citizen but if the line for US citizen is shorter that's exactly where I will go.. besides all the lines have the Finger Scanner and Camera to take the required "non-us citizen" photo that ONLY some cities seem to do. Enjoy..!

Reading the POE reviews, I noticed that lots of beneficiaries went on the same line with their USC fiance(e)s, the one for US citizens, and nobody sent them to another line. Now, the best thing you could do, I think, is to check the reviews for your POE and see what the others' experience there was...

My fiance and I recently spent 2 weeks together. I spent a week in England with him and then we flew back to the US together to spend a week there. When we arrived I went through the NON-US citizen line so that we could stay together. (I'm the USC) and no one said anything or questioned it at all. Citizens can go through whichever line they please, the non-USC has to follow the rules.
