I sent the 129 May29th,

Noa1 June 1st,

Noa2 Aug 2nd,

received and sent package 3 Aug 23rd,

received package 4 with interview date September 13th

Interview date October 7th.

Even before the process began Raphael and I decided to pray about our relationship, and really give it to God and let him lead us. We prayed for things like our eyes be open to what we really needed to see about one another...and have no fear in our decisions. Then we were lead to the k1 process. We then prayed for things to go smoothly, that we would make no errors in the paperwork, that every person along the way who came across our package be blessed with what they needed in their lives. We prayed for me to get my visa in hand before the end of this year. We then prayed to get the 3rd package before September 23rd (that is when i leave to visit him)and it came a month before that! Then our prayers demanded God to bring us our package 4 in the month of September because I have to give my work 3 months notice and I knew God was going to give me and interview date that would allow me to go Before the end of the year. Today my Lord and Savior has blown my mind and and interview date of October 7th has been given to me. We prayed diligently, and constantly giving Him thanks and praise for working with us in our relationship, in this process and for intervening in our case, giving Jesus thanks for the work that he has done, the work that He is doing and the work that I know he is going to do that I dont even know about yet. I prayed for Him to use me as a testimony, that I might give faith and hope to others, and that maybe some would call out His Holy name in their time of need for Him. That some would Trust in Him, His perfect timing, and have faith. Praying is just talking to God and giving thanks and asking. He calls us to do so, because he wants us to need Him. He wants us to ask Him for things because He wants to give them to us. Nothing is to big or small for the Lord. Cast your worries on Him, give Him your faith. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you and give Him your heart. Yes you will all get your dates weather you believe or not, but when you know its in His Amazing hands, the process is so much easier to go through, no anxiety, no fears, no paranoia, no sadness and hurt. Its just a blessing.

God Bless you will be im my prayers.

Its normal. If you look at the past time stats on VJ, there is a slow down as the fiscal year comes to an end. Also mean approval's in the past were much longer then we saw for the first few months of 2010. I think we all got spoiled by the really fast approvals we saw, if you look at the VSC, they have slowed as well. The average is still about 120 days. It sucks, but I dont think its out of the norm. Day 100 for me today.

Day 72 here. (sigh)

Technically it's far less if you take out weekends and holidays.

Thats a positive spin on it! I like that. Does put it into perspective. Unfortunately VJ timeline counters don't account for non-working days/
