WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man.....after almost 5 months, this weight has been lifted off our shoulders.

He called me at work from skype and I couldn't believe it. I got teary-eyed and almost thought I was about to pass out!

My fingers are crosses for everyone else. Thank you all so much for you support thus far!

12-28-2008 - He came to America with his band on a P1.

01-10-2009 - Met each other and started dating (informally)

02-21-2009 - Formally started our relationship.

03-15-2009 - He left for to tour.

04-03-2009 - Engaged!

11-26-2009 - Flew to Australia for 3 months.

03-30-2010 - He flew to the US to for 1 month.

06-11-2010 - 129-F submitted to CSC.

06-18-2010 - He returned to US to tour with his band.

06-18-2010 - NOA1 Received.

9-9-2010 He returned to Australia.

11-4-2010 - NOA2 Approved!

NOA2 Approved ohh yea! After the long wait on pins and needles for the last 2 months we are approved. Received a touch on 11-3, the email and text today. off to the next step.

05/17/2010 – Petition mailed to USCIS via certified return receipt.
05/27/2010 – NOA1 issued
06/03/2010 – Touch/NOA1 hard copy received in US Mail
10/27/2010 – 5 month mark
10/28/2010 – Spoke to USCIS representative – 'still pending'
11/04/2010 – Spoke to USCIS representative – 'still pending', but service request generated
11/05/2010 – Notified that background checks are not complete - looks like we're in for a looong wait...
12/07/2010 – Received email notification of NOA2
12/16/2010 – NVC sent the case to Embassy in Malawi
02/28/2011 – Interview
03/14/2011 – VISA APPROVED!
05/04/2011 – Fiance and I came back to the U.S. together! smile.png
07/01/2011 – Married!

AOS
07/02/2011 – I-485 packet mailed to USCIS via certified return receipt.
07/06/2011 – Packet accepted.
07/07/2011 – Check cashed and NOA1 issued.
07/22/2011 – Received biometrics letter.
07/29/2011 – Biometrics completed (walk-in)
08/23/2011 – EAD Approved
08/31/2011 – EAD card arrived in the mail.
09/12/2011 – AOS interview - APPROVED! GC production ordered
09/21/2011 – Green Card received!!!

Removal of Conditions

06/13/2013 - I-751 packet mailed to USCIS via certified return receipt.

06/17/2013 - NOA issued

06/19/2013 - Check cashed

06/21/2013 - Received NOA in mail.

06/26/2013 - Received biometrics letter.

07/02/2013 - Biometrics completed (walk-in)

11/18/2013 - APPROVED! Card production ordered

Yay!! I just got our NOA2 TODAY in the mail!!!!!

while walking toward our mailbox, i was thinking of going back home to grab my digital camera bec i was really expecting it

since i got touched last Nov 2nd., and everybody's getting their NOA2 w/o any email/tx notification!.

I am really happy and i'm still shaking right now while typing this very good news!!!

03/04/11: Applied for SSI

04/01/11: passed actual Driving test!

04/08/11 Wedding Day

04/28/11: AOS packet sent USPS

04/29/20: AOS received by J.C (Chicago)

05/23/11: Biometrics Appt @ 2pm

JLovesA, Gap1, and ygr ..... get ready for NOA2 soon!! it sounds like they're really getting through the June filers and you should be coming up soooooooon!

fyi, ygr, your plan of organization sounds great, but don't you actually have to sign something from packet 3 and send that back, too?? so you would have to wait for it to arrive? that's how it is for Montreal, so I'm not sure about your consulate! :)

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!!!! With all these approvals coming in I took a chance and checked our status online and found out we were approved yesterday 11/4/2010!!!

Ran to the mailbox to check - the hard copy did not arrive today - but there's tomorrow!!!!

Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya tomorrow your only a day away!!! :dance::dance::dance: :dance: :dance:

06/16/2010 – Petition mailed to USCIS via certified return receipt

06/18/2010 - Petition received by CSC

06/19/2010 – NOA1 issued

06/24/2010 – NOA1 hardcopy received

11/04/2010 - NOA2 approval!!!!

nope,i wont be receiving anything,since me,the beneficiary is iranian,they wont be able to send me anything,most likely an online notice

even better! good plan then. I'm still waiting for packet 3 to arrive, since I need to sign and send back, so I thought maybe you had to do the same :)

you should be getting NOA2 within a couple weeks, so great organization
