TO ALL VJ'S!

I LOG IN FAILED TO THE NVC PAYMENT SITE... SO IT DOES MEAN AM I CASE COMPLETE!? :dance: I TRIED IT 4 TIMES AND STILL CANT LOG IN AND THEN CALL NVC JUST THIS AFTERNOON MANILA TIME, BUT STILL NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM YET... HOPE ONE OF THIS DAY THIS WEEK I WILL RECEIVED AN INTERVIEW DATE! I KNOW IT WILL COME SOON.... BY GOD'S GRACE... THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL THE ANSWERED PRAYER'S!! PRAISE YOU OH GOD!!!

Mine is the same, log-in failed over weekend.

I called the NVC and talked to a lady and she told me the case was complete and now waiting for embassy to schedule the interview.

wow congratz to the both of us! hope it will be soon we received an interview date..by GOD's grace it will be soon! no need to worry at all atleast now were case complete already.

How many days did you spend in the NVC after you sent them the last document (assuming you had no RFEs)?

Hi Bobby, it took approximately 5 weeks.

I just had gone to Mumbai embassy today for B1/B2 in meanwhile and that got approved too, so might get to see my wife before the CR1 is approaved :)

Hi Loto,

will do so, just have been little busy and never got chance to fill the timeline, but my case got a little delayed as I was out of country when my case got approved at USCIS.

After I sent all the documents to NVC it took approx 5 weeks for log-in to fail, I have not got the interview date at embassy yet.

In meanwhile I have applied for B1/B2 which got approved, so might be travelling to US before CR1 is approved. :)

That's great news, Harsh! I am still WONDERING how you got B1/B2! But, congrats you are most lucky charm in B1/B2 case!!!

My wife's B1/B2 rejected last month - 214(b) potential immigrant. She had surrendered her first GC before she went for B1/B2. Now we have started second GC.

Congrats again and utilize B1/B2. Also, please make sure not to overstay your visit in the U.S.
