Hi guys my US fiance and I would like your advice if he would be able to come and visit me in Australia during our K1 process and if it will affect our application. Thank you.

Yes, he can visit you and it won't affect your application.

Yes, and you can take many more photos and keep his boarding passes from the flight to use as evidence of the 'ongoing relationship' for the interview! It will help :)

Thanks guys just double checking so we know for sure. The plan is for him to come during october to meet my family plus it would be 4 months by then since we last saw each other :(

I've been to the US twice and I can't wait for him to come here, this still seems so surreal to me... The things we do for love lol

I really think you should call the police and tell them about your situation. If he doesn't want you there anymore he has no right to hold your paperwork and therefore hold you there against your will. Good luck

Good day!!..I'm sure you have attended the CFO seminar before you left..they must have told you where to go during these cases..stay safe and always have presence of mind in everything you do...have faith..if you can talk about the issue, settle it....if there's no chance, then try to ask help...God bless!!.. :D
