Comments : Requested earliest interview date in an email, then someone called me to ask if a week was enough time for me to get my things together...haha...no worries!!!
Annoyed I was asked questions at my POE about my relationship in front of kids...they were trick questions as well... I had to say things to immigration officer that may have upset my daughter...our relationship started before my kids were born and it may have been upsetting to my kids to know the truth as to hearing I married their father cos moving to the States 20 years ago was too hard....I think this type of questioning in front of children needs to be rectified for future applicants....

Comments : Interview at Philly office was no more than 5 mins. Take the Oath, kids husband and I stood their with our hands in the air...no 'so help me God'. Then asked if I had ever lied to US Govt...then asked if any of my children had overstayed a visa at all....yes my son overstayed his visa waiver due to him not having a home in australia to return to whilst awaiting his Army enlistment....we were in the process of changing his AOS...but he went back to Aust. All passports checked....paper work checked....thats it seeyah later....no photos looked at, no documentation sighted to prove our relationship...NOTHING....wot a waste of time...quicker than going to get our fingerprints done...no suggestion its approved but told we will hear one way or another within 30 days....and we may be asked to produce further evidence....OK-whateva....

Embassy Review : Nothing to it Actually
Just reminded me of getting my drivers licence renewed...or buying a ticket to ravel on the city rail.

some cakes and coffee in the corner would have been lovely....or how about some of them tiny hotdogs..

Embassy Review : Interview was at 815...got their just in time....I walked in with my kids as hubby parked the car. After getting a lovely greeting by the security staff at the front door...I was suprised to find a BUITCH working at the reception hole....she took my NOA letters without a smile....seems like she really dont like her job....sorry women...but Ive paid a hell of a lot of money to get to this point...and I wish I didnt have to be here too....(well thats what I would have liked to say)

Then Hubby arrives...goes to bathroom when the call came for us...but they were using the sur name of my ex husbands...(kids are under that name still) Kids got up but I stayed sitting...awaiting the hubby to return from toilet...grumpy officer is staring at me like I had 2 heads so I said....do you need me to come in as well??? Or just the kids as my name hasnt been that for over 3 years...been under my maiden name and now under hubby's name and thats what we should have been called. He looked like a mad man in a hurry when he said...'well if you want you green card you better come in with your kids' What a Wanker....ran to bathroom...grabbed husband and then we went in....stood there doing the oath together....asked to sight passports, asked to sight wedding cert...asked If I had ever lied before...asked to state name and current address...then told we will look into this further and if approved you should receive green card within 30 days....

No photos nor documents were sighted and when offered he just said no...if we need further evidence we will call you.....

Wot a waste of getting kids out of school....my husband taking a day off and I think the officer was rude.

My husband thinks he was too or propably just didnt get sex this morning....

anyway...be interesting to see if Im deported/approved/referred or whateva....Mind you...hubby and I had lived together many times...over 20 years ago...and have loved each other for eva....maybe our relationship was an easy one...oh yeah...he asked the kids if they are going to school here....yeah..of course...that was the only question to kids....
Harassment Level : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
