Your in Luck because they received mine on the 19th so FOLLOW ME haha... I am hoping to get SIF in 2 weeks but thats only hope and if I dont get any RFEs which is also hope. I think then I will have about 8 weeks till interview or she will. Crazy huh!!! Just remember we are only giving this a WAG...

I dont know why but I have very good feelings for September. I guess maybe the drugs are starting to take effect. :blink::huh:

WoW.. congrats... ur SIf came very quick after mailing in RFE... NVC received my RFE on 8/30 and they havent even entered into system. my understanding was that once u send in RFE the clock turns back, as when u sent in ur documents first.

BUT ur RFE timeline gives me little hope.

Hey Jesal... I had the same question 30 RFE... and i NVC recevied it on 8/30. but they still didnt open the envelope ( not in the system, AVR still says generated checklist on 8/24 ).

Our both RFE's are same and timing is almost same... please post when ur AVR message changes to received checklist response by NVC. i'l do the same..

Hey all...so i called the AVR today and was told that there was missing/incomplete info, and a letter was mailed on 9/2. I still havent gotten it!! AND I asked them to email me any correspondance, and they haven't done that either. I'm so stressed out right now, i'm shaking. Is there any way to find out what's happening? They're closed today (of course) and i'm freaking out somewhat.

Remember todays a holiday.

I received my RFE through email after two business days from the day the AVR stated missing documents.

You most likely get that email tomorrow.

Yeah me too i got e mail after 3 days of AVR stating info missing/incomplete. BUT call tuesday and operator will be able to tell you , what info is missing/incomplete.

Just like jesal, juju'swife, you I also got RFE... so now our cases at NVC are into more delaying situation, we are out of normal... and its gonna delay the interview by one to two months.
