Hello all, I got a news from the attorney that my i-130 case was approved and form i-979 notice of action was sent, whats next? as I am still in Nigeria.

Nevertoolate, I'm not an expert on the K3 visa although I assume you'll go the CR-1 route now that the K3 isn't used. If that is the case, you will start going through the National Visa Center (NVC). Take a look at the guides on this site and you'll find all the information you'll need. You should also start gathering all your documentation--police certificates, marriage certificate, evidence to show your relationship is bonafide, etc.

(can still do most of the steps with a lawyer in the way, just tailor a bit to your situation)

Whilst yer still in Nigeria with yer spouse - pore over the DS-230, make sure it's stellar. Get 2 sets, completely filled out and signed, and another 3 sets, blank but with his signature. Have him sign those in blue ink.
