RECEIVED NOA2 TODAY FROM CSC!

Hey fellow VJ'ers... :dance:

Guess what was in my email inbox today??? That's right...our NOA2...OUR CASE GOT APPROVED on August 10, 2006. Our NOA1 was May 1, 2006, so it is obvious now that CSC is not going by the original receipt date. They received our RFE on July 13, 2006, so I believe the RFE received date is the one they're using now. Originally, Nebraska had told us that the processing time would be 80-110 days. Well, they weren't far off with those numbers, because CSC approved us on Day 102. Thank you CSC for finally getting your act together!

And for all of you who had NOA1's before May 1st, HANG IN THERE! CSC is working, even though it doesn't seem quite fair the way they are handling things. YOUR NOA2'S ARE COMING!

Congratulations, but I think there are a lot of other people that have been waiting longer than you that will disagree with your statement that CSC now has their act together.

June 1, 2006 - Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006 - Notice from CSC it was transferred

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE (CSC)

July 5, 2006 - Touched (RFE Received)

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Definitely me and my fiance will disagree with his statement cuz our Noa1 is dated March 22 and RFE July 12 (CSC touched july 13 confirming rfe received) yet UNTIL NOW we're not even touched yet, it's almost a month since the last touch....... :crying::crying::crying:

Anyway, congratulation you are way too lucky!!!!
