That's not really fair. As we all know, those processing dates are meaningless. We are all frustrated. I know I feel despair that we haven't been touched since July 8, but I also know it doesn't mean anything and others have waited much longer. Doesn't rob me of my right to feel despair!

I just don't want to open yet ANOTHER thread telling someone they are being ridiculous for expecting an approval in four months time!

No one needs to judge anyone for wanting or expecting an approval soon!!!! everyone wants that no matter how long or how short of a time we have to wait, we all want the same to get our loved ones here. So Justin and anyone else who is anxious is NOT in any way wrong. No one needs to say anything negative AT ALL. This process is hard enough as it is we all need to support each other as best as we can. I am aware we all think this process is not fair, or long etc. but the truth is there is nothing any of us can do but wait and be patient we are all in a situation that we have no control over we will all have our time to get approved and get through this process. But no one needs to be harsh to anyone. That is the truth no matter who likes that or not.

I thought the basket weaving explanation was a good one! No one knows what's going on there . . . not even worth our energy to speculate anymore.

Why is it so hard for people to understand that they're approving according to RFE date?? (of course there are a few exceptions but we can always find exception in any situation...)

And you know what.... for those people letting the process turn you into a bitter person... START DREAMING. It can do wonderful things for you.... it keeps the heart young and a smile on your face.

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

So I have heard of JUNE petitions approved already. Yes this is F%$- U#'ed! Is there RFE's not dealing with IMBRA that are delaying our March petitioners???

Believe me, I wish I knew what the hold up is on the March 6 people. I AM ONE! If there's another RFE in the works, I haven't heard about it. Our petition was already approved once. All they need to do is look at the IMBRA one pager, and then ship it back to Paris. HOW HARD CAN IT BE??? IMBRA has already cost us 90 days. Who knows how much longer???? According to the liason in my congressman's office, it's just a matter of time, they are swamped at CSC, etc. :crying::dead::bonk::help::protest::ranting::clock::cry:

Despite the reality, I refuse not to dream of a quick process and getting J here by Christmas... (L)

I know the reality is February is a more likely 'quick' result, and that we may be fortunate to have her here NEXT August...

Never the less, I will continue to hope and dream and not let the reality ruin the dream just yet! (L)

Sooner or later J will be here, and I have already spent over 2 years loving this very wonderful woman, so whatever amount of time it takes, it takes. (L) We are in it for the long haul, and taking the long view. (L)

I hope they wrap up the March stragglers soon, and feel they should be getting priority service, and perhaps that will help untangle the system and the rest of us who follow will in turn be getting better service.
