Hi Friends...

NOTE:

Not sure about how true is that but need to confirm when original Visa bulletin gets published...

On family based immigration .c o m forum website one user posted below..

hope he is right...according to him visa bulletin for Aug 2010-F2A will be March 2009

So I called NVC this morning to check they received my AOS and DS-230, they told they received it but not updated in the system. There was no update for AUGUST BULLETIN, when I asked them they said the next

Bulletin is for AUGUST is MARCH 2009 2A, I was excited cuz mine is Feb 2009, so I thaught I share with you all.

JUST SO YOU ALL KNOWITS BEEN CONFIRMED I JUST CALLED THEM AND FOR AUGUST THE PRIORITY DATE FOR AUGUST IS MARCH 2009. I JUST SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED MY PRIORITY DATE IS FEB 2009. MY BABY IS ALMOST HERE I CANT WAIT! THANK YOU JESUS!

F2b jumped 17 months from mar00 to aug01. my PD is apr01 so i guess i'm current now.

I got my AOS and IV way back in february but but didnt do a thing because my lawyer told

me not to since i'm still 3 yrs away from my PD it doesnt make sense to pay so early.

I'm absolutely amazed because in a span of 5 months the processing for

F2b jumped 3yrs and now i'm current. Just hoping this thing does not retrogress.

08/03/10 - Filed AOS

08/06/10 - Received Date

08/12/10 - Notice Date

08/16/10 - NOA Hard Copy Received

09/22/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

09/23/10 - Biometrics Walk-in / EAD Approved / Card Production Ordered

10/02/10 - EAD Card Received

10/05/10 - Interview Letter Received (Nov 5)

11/05/10 - Passed Interview / GC Production Ordered

11/18/10 - GC Received

I filled I -130 26March 2009, my friend sended before one week. Both of us are still waiting approval...so you do too :)

Mar 26,2009 : send I-130

Apr 02,2009 : USCIS received

Apr 07,2009 : receive NOA1

Jan 22,2010 : touched

Jul 26,2010 : check status online ...APPROVED !

Jul 31,2010 : receive NOA2

Aug 04,2010 : case number in NVC

Aug 11,2010 : receive DS-3032 & AOS fee bill, pay $88 online

Aug 12,2010 : send DS-3032 by email

Aug 13,2010 : paid $88

Aug 20,2010 : NVC receive & accept DS-3032, Visa fee bill, pay $404 online

Aug 24,2010 : send I-864, paid $404

Aug 30,2010 : send DS-230 & civil document

Sep 07,2010 : NVC receive documents

Sep 22,2010 : case complete

HI, MY PETITION WAS APPROVED MARCH 2009. I RECIEVED THE FIRST NOTICE FROM THEM TO PAY THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FEE AND DOCUMENTS ON JUNE 16. I SENT THE AFFIDAVIT TO THEM ALREADY WHICH THEY APPROVED SO ALL IS WELL WITH THAT. NOW THEY EMILED ME SAYING THEY ARE WAITING ON THE IV FORM WHICH IS ON ITS WAY SHOULD BE THERE BY MONDAY. I AM HOPING TO GET AN INTERVIEW DATE IN AUGUST. THE TIME SPAN FROM THE TIME THEY CONTACT ME REQUESTING DOCUMENTS IS A MONTH TODAY. SO I AM MOVING ALONG QUICKLY WITH THEIR REQUESTS. YEAH SO THATS THE STATUS FOR NOW.

Hi Homer4All... it's me.. =) do you have your NVC case # already? I received my NOA2 two weeks ago and found out yesterday (thru the NVC website) that a case # has already been generated for my spouse..My husband's PD will be current sometime this november yet they are already sending us the AOS and DS3032..Is it normal or are they sending it so soon?? Look how fast they're processing cases right now. It's so amazing! How's your case going? :)

MY TIMELINE: I-130 F2A (LPR petitioning spouse)

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Manilla, Philipines

I-130 Sent : 2010-04-26

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-05-04

I-130 Approved : 2010-09-08

NVC Received : 2010-09-21

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : On it's way...... ;)

It's common from NVC to start case processing in advance but interview will only be generated once PD is current..

Hey, sorry for the error.. I mean I found the # on NVC website and made a call last night.(24-hour automated recording to check case status).. Two weeks had passed since my NOA2 (approval) so maybe in your case, you can expect them to generate your case # in more or less 2 weeks.. =) we're almost in the same boat here. I'm just ahead of you for a few days.. but most probably, we will be receiving the packets and have the visa almost the same time. Well that is if we have the same embassy to apply at. My spouse would be applying in Manila Embassy (Philippines).. waiting times for interview dates vary by embassy.. ^_^
