Though our mailing and delivery dates match, my check did hit the bank today. It seems VSC is fast when it comes to collect money and CSC takes lead in disposing the cases. Please try and enjoy the journey, the time will go easy.

I really hope that all of our cases get processed fast :thumbs: I am checking my bank account everyday at least 3 times a day. :wacko:

If you filed two weeks before you were supposed to they will likely return the whole package.

1. Check is correctly made out

2. Form is filled out and signed

For any other deficiency a REF is issued.

You mean you sent it in two weeks before your 90 window opened? If so, you can expect to see it returned in the mail. USCIS states on their website that applications submitted outside the 90 days by even 1 day will either be returned (too early) or the applicant will be out of status and they'll begin removal proceedings (too late).

When you get it back wait until at least the day before your window opens and then send it in.

If you filed two weeks before you were supposed to they will likely return the whole package.

:( I did send it out before the actual 90 days and yes they did return it today :lol::bonk:

I totally was busy with a lot of things this month and end of last month I didn't realize that it was outside the 90 day window until yesterday :wow: I will have to remove my name from the list and place it back in on 07/21/2010. Sorry :thumbs: about messing up the timeline. I will fix it and again good luck to everyone :thumbs:
