Even the Constitution has been amended over the years in order to keep up with the changing times. But surely you knew that?

Oh yes - I particularly like the 21st

I would kill the one that bars me and Arny from being president.

I would invite 10 million of the 87.4 million chinese army to man the border and be paid in US Dollars which would stimulate the US economy.

How about the one which allows a child whose mother literally could have stepped over the border minutes before giving birth to qualify - to be eligible - to be a US president?

For logical and rational reasons, banning Arnie but allowing a child of an illegal alien born in a country would not happen [period] in most other first world countries. The 14th once served its purpose, now it does not and is actually harming the country. Hence, it being necessary to amend the Constitution to reflect the times we live in.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

the 84 million figure is on paper, only. the true figure of active and reserve is somewhere around 1.2 million. the number you quote includes everybody who has ever dressed up and marched around the town square. actually, to call it marching is an overstatement. it's more like gaggling (as in geese). most chinese high school students put on green for a week of indoctrination, but receive no training in anythign more than how to put the clothes on. been there, seen it.

ahah ! we have reached common ground

If a mother drops a sprog in Mexico near the border and a strong wind means it hits the ground in the US and is therefore a USC - well that is wrong.

Even if the parent is here legally it's wrong. There should be a U.N. resolution that the child has the same nationality as the mother and if the original country won't give em a passport, they should get a U.N. passport to stop em being stateless. Problem solved.

The United Nations passport allows them to stay in the U.S. indefinitely but not to import relatives. If the child qualifies for a green card through the normal process later, then that is their only path to citizenship.

Now will you vote for me for Prezzy ?

And now this ...

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico - Pointing their rifles, Mexican security forces chased away U.S. authorities investigating the shooting of a 15-year-old Mexican by a U.S. Border Patrol agent on the banks of the Rio Grande, the FBI and witnesses told The Associated Press on Wednesday.

That's just awful, the U.S. military would not point their guns if the Mexican army tried to come across into the U.S. carrying guns...

Read the article. The Mexicans came onto U.S. soil. And the FBI backed away, because the Mexican security forces had rifles.

The Constitution is being used against you? That sounds like resentment of our beloved U.S. Constitution.

Actually There is no resentment in the statment I made towards our Constitution; there is plenty of resentment towards those who would break our laws and claim the constitution allows it or those who distort the laws of our constitution.

I stated the Constituion needs to be amended to close the supposed loop holes that illegals are using to stay here in the USA without fear of any legal action towards them.

It has been amended in the past to reflect the social and economic changes in the country and to deny this islying to yourself.

This is what happens when you have a weak assclown like Obama as commander and chief. Backing away on your own soil from a foreign invader? Totally absurd! He'll probably apologize profusely before this fiasco is concluded.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

Just read it again and it says this :

A relative of the dead boy who had been playing with him told the AP that the Mexicans — who he described as federal police, not soldiers — pointed their guns only when the Americans waded into the mud in an apparent attempt to cross into Mexico.

Cant see anything about armed Mexican soldiers/Police crossing into the US - can you ?

from the msnbc link above:

Arturo Sandoval, a spokesman for the Chihuahua state Attorney General's office, said a spent .40-caliber shell casing was found near the body — raising the question of whether the fatal shot was fired inside Mexico, although he did not explicitly make that allegation.

That would violate the rules for Border Patrol agents, who are supposed to stay on the U.S. side of the border — and it also could open the agent to a Mexican homicide prosecution.

A U.S. official said video shows the Border Patrol agent did not enter Mexico.

The official, who agreed to discuss the matter only if not quoted by name, said the video also shows what seem to be four Mexican law enforcement officers driving to the edge of the dry but muddy bed of the Rio Grande, walking across to the U.S. side, picking up an undetermined object and returning to Mexico near the area where the boy's body was. Like their U.S. counterparts, Mexican law officers are not authorized to cross the border without permission.

i have to wonder if anyone has put the parts in bold together....

Seems to be a lot of ifs and buts and conflicting stories and innuendo and conspiracy theories..

Lets wait to see the videos - all of them. If the border is the center line of a dried up river then it might be difficult

Who spit over whose fence has to be secondary to the dead boy and who shot him and why though.

Whoever shot him will need a very good reason
