Suggest you move to one of the locales I frequent, or perhaps expand your circle of females to include women with higher IQs and greater ambition. But it was an onus on the guys too. A friend of my husband who was complaining a girl was using him - he took her out for a meal with the expectation that he was going to get "some", she thought they were just going as friends.

Let's not get confused. Feminism and femininity are two different things. I dress very feminine (yes, I love stilettos and skirts) and yet I am a feminist.

Well its all swings and roundabouts - a media machine that acknowledges, teaches and encourages girls to be this way and a culture that tells boys to expect it and exploit it, may as well get something out of it. If girls and boys aren't taught any different, the cycle will continue. I've seen a LOT of my husband's friends complain lately about women and their using ways and then complain when they don't have one! What really gets me is the way they talk is like they're entitled to "the one", when their attitude is hardly endearing them. They're good men, the problem can't possibly be them! ..... *facepalm*
