No, I don't have any Lawyer. I did everything by myself. I have been sending emails to TSC and they are saying that My case is not assigned to anyone yet but just to be patient little longer.

Thanks Sad_Angel and IndigoSkies for your response. I feel sorry for Sad_Angel. Have you filed the service request by calling USCIS 1-800 nos.? I think you should do that too.

NArocks,

I have already made an Infopass appointment which I am waiting for the date. And yes Department of State is currently processing the visa in the same category filed on or before 01/01/08. I don't see any reason behind taking this much time to review and approve an I-130 which was filed 3 and half yrs. back. Totally BS

Thanks for your input.

sad_angle, your case too seems like fishy as mine. As mentioned above in my previous post, I have made an Infopass appointment with USCIS which I can directly speak with an immigration officer about my case and I am waiting for the date. I suggest you to make inforpass appoitment for yourself in your local area and visit USCIS office. That might help.

Sorry to hear that, but since California is processing I-130 (F2A category) filed before December 02, 2007 you are still within their normal processing time. I don't think they will hear anyone's voice until they start processing Oct 2008's I-130's.

But mine is outside of their current processing time and on the other hand priorty date is going to be current in June 2010. Still not approved.

Help me God.

It's most likely that they are counting your priority date from your last filed I-130, which they should have counted from your first I-130 I think.

7 times infopass and that didn't help a bit?

I hope mine doesn't have any RFE. I don't think I missed any document or did any thing wrong while filling mine.

God bless us. Wish you all the best sad_angel. Sorry can't be much help.

We filed in 12/2007 for my other son, we recieved an RFE in Nov 2009, sent it back and I-130 was approved on 2/24/10. Think yours should be done, we filed at VSC.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
