Well I think this is good news my husband was denied in December and I got the Notice to Revoke today. At least it is going to move now and we can prove our marriage is real again. Please pray for us, this has been a long journey and I see no end at the moment.

You asked what I was thinking last night... any Monday news? I actually got a formof good news.. I was told I was just waiting for someone tolook at the case.. not AP... but then again who knows what will happen.. I will have my congressional liason hit them with the DoS 30 day review policy on Friday when he returns from a conference....

My fingers are crossed I wonder how long it takes to look over some papers. Like I said too many coffee breaks and holidays Ukraine has 2 more Mondays off the 24th and the 31st Do they ever work????

No news for me.Called the dept. of state and they said the last time ours was time stamped was sometime in january.So are just sitting on a desk at the consulate office.I had my congressman check and they have done no background checks yet.Its been 5 months.I think they just enjoy making it hard on us.Im still praying for them and all of us.Hope someone gets good news tomarrow.headbonk.gif

Done no background checks? #######? What did they tell your congressman they are doing? Have your congressman hit them with the 30 day DoS case review policy/federal law.. see what they say.... AP means actually doing something.. security checks, background checks, investigation of relationship.. something.... if they are not doing anything, they need to follow DoS policy

Ok I updated my timeline, I recently changed names and never bothered. So is 60 days a standard turn around time anyone know once you send your evidence back in to reaffirm the case? Or should I annticipate longer?

10.25.10: NOA2 - to my surprise but it does not matter anymore

11.18.10: Withdraw of my petition is final - The End of my Immigration Journey :)
