What did they want for evidence, if you don't mind me asking? I just got email notification today to expect RFE in the mail. Have no idea what more "initial evidence" is needed, since I submitted all that was listed in the i-485 instructions.

My RFE was for lack of not sending in my 2009 Tax return ...so they wanted "latest tax information" and because I didnt have that when I sent the initial package in , they also said we didnt meet the 125% poverty line , even though the 2009 taxes would show otherwise I sent in a joint sponsor too just to make sure there wouldnt be anymore issues when it came to the I 864 ...

Okay did the biometrics today! I walked in an hour before my appointment time, they were happy about that :blink: I wore my hair down because it was raining here and my hair was all poofy. They said it was fine as long as the tips of my ears showed. For future reference I showed my BCC card (not expired) with my maiden name in it and they took that as government ID. The biometrics themselves were quick! And both my AOS and EAD apps got touched today! All great overall.
