Whats up people im about to summit my Fiancee AOS package and even though i have read the instructions a million times I want a fresh set of eyes looking at what im sending (im sure we all could relate lol)

Ok here is a list of the things im sending

Forms

I-485

G-325A (four copies)

I-864 (w/ Last three years of tax's)

I-864 ( Joint sponser, w/ last three years of taxes)

I-765

I-696 (Sealed envolope givin to me by the doctors office)

Im not sending the Travel document form because she has no intent of leaving the country until her resedenci gets here.

Marrege Certificate

NOA-2

Copy of Birth Certificate (W/ english translation)

Copy Social Security Card

Copy of Pass port with entry stamp

Copy of I-4

Evidence of relationship

Wedding Picture

Joint bank account

Letter from land lord that we are living together

My last question is should I send an Cashiers check or Money order, I am making out the check to "Department of Homeland Security" and it will be in the amount of $1,010.00 (is the amount correct?) Also im a little confused as to where im suppose to mail the package, i live in Miami, Florida

I-864 (w/ Last three years of tax's) With 1099's and W2's, transcripts if possible

I-864 ( Joint sponser, w/ last three years of taxes)

I-765

I-696 (Sealed envolope givin to me by the doctors office)I-693 with vaccination record from K1 medical if received

Im not sending the Travel document form because she has no intent of leaving the country until her resedenci gets here. This is free to file, it does not hurt to file. You never know if an emergency could arise, better to have it IMO

Copy of Birth Certificate (W/ english translation)

Copy Social Security Card- not needed

Copy of Pass port with entry stamp- both sides of I-94

Copy of I-4 - did you mean I-94?

Evidence of relationship Not needed if you are only filing AOS from K1. Only needed when you are filing ROC for 10 yr green card.

The AOS goes to the Chicago Lockbox, not sure of the exact address right now but check the instructions with the I-485 form.

Chicago lockbox - address is in the 485 instructions (one for USPS other for Express/Courier)

Copy of actual visa from the passport - not just the stamp.

Passport style photos?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
