Hello! I just got off the phone with NVC to inquiry about a possible interview date and to my surprise:

Interview date scheduled for July 16, 2010 at Mumbai for 7:30 am

I'm so exicted!!! I just wish that it was early July......but still I'm so happy!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Thank you! Congratulations on your spouse getting his visa! That is great that he was able to get his visa from VFS the same day. My husband and I are excited and patiently waiting for his interview day. My husband doesn't live in Mumbai. If or when you get a chance, perhaps you can write a quick review of the interview. yep same here. no matter what, we have to wait 'till they make any decision. i'm waiting 'till friday to get another original BC so i can mail that in no matter what decision they take on my BC they have already.

Well today I found out another frustrating fact that my attorney didn't send the originals for some stupid reason and I asked for a supervisor review at NVC by thinking and believing

he did send the originals. I received the checklist letter today and I will send the originals tomorrow. When I talked to NVC again today an operator told me that my case was forwarded to

another department for review. So I am afraid even though I send the originals tomorrow my case will delay because it's under review now. Did anyone have a similar issue before?

Would the RFE response I will send tomorrow wait until the supervisor review is complete or they will take this into consideration and this will speed up the process?
