Do like we did, and get your bio as soon as you get the letter. I think it confused them in a good way. :star:

sent I-751 application on 4-11.

got return receipt on 4-17, date stamped 4-15.

got NOA1 on 4-22 with receipt date of 4-15.

case status cannot be seen online as of 4-23.

Enclosed please find the jointly filed Form I-751, Petition For Removal of Conditions of Permanent Resident Status for my wife, (Name). My wife entered the US on a K1 immigrant visa in October of 2007, and was issued a green card in May 2008 on basis of marriage to a US citizen (myself).

I am enclosing the following:

• Application fee - $545

• Form I-751 (3 pages)

• Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card - front and back)

• Copy of our joint US federal tax returns for the years 2007, 2008, 2009

• Copy of our marriage certificate

• Copy of our drivers licenses, and health insurance cards showing same address and policy number

• Copy of our bank statement showing a joint checking account, and car registrations showing same address

• Copy of car titles showing same address

• Copy of a recent car insurance bill listing cars owned by both of us on same policy

• Copy of our paystubs showing same address

• Copy of some envelopes mailed to us by friends

• Original copy of notarized statements from two friends who know us as a married couple

• Copy of 25 date stamped photos from weddings in USA and China, and various events in USA and China since with family members.

We are living together as a married couple and request that our petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife, (Name).

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I agree to submit original documents to USCIS upon request.
