we got a K-1 refused ,, and we want to marry in morocco ,,

any advises and which is better CR1 or K3 and plz someone tell me how long it take

Well, considering there is no more K-3 your best bet is the cr-1

Why did the K-1 get denied? Marrying does not erase the reasons for the denial, you will still have to oversome that. If you post as to why you were denied, you might get more responses that will help your situation.

i can answer about how long tike the CR1 we apply in september/3/2009 my interview will be in may/4/2009 that mean about 8 months

That cant be the reason for denial is so thats silly... What does your denial notice say that you got at the interview?

The OP is interviewed at a difficult consulate, but I can't see the reason for the denial being "beneficiary didn't know names of petitioners schools"

Meaningful assistance does require the exact wording from the notice but it's most likely a determination the relationship isn't bona fide. If so, another trip and a marriage do tend to provide significant additional evidence of bona fides as long as the trip isn't too short.

Nevertheless, you MUST face and address the real reasons for the denial in order to have any confidence a marriage and spouse visa process will bring a different result.

well me too i think it was bcz of short visit ,,

but it's good to learn from mistakes ,,

and the lady didnt look on the evidence at all , she did denial alot bcz she think they already marry here

but oh well i need someone to tell me wht papers does my fiancee need to take with her so we can marry here

You mean it was denied because they suspected you were already married and therefore, ineligible for a K-1 ?

By the way.. ther is still a K3 visa, only thing that changed about it was IF the I-130 and I-129f get approved at the same time at NVC, they will automatically close the K3 and proceed with I-130. But.. even if you had the choice, I would pick the CR1. Because I am stuck in a 5 month AP on the K3 visa. When I check the Spreadhseets, it seems that the CR1s are getting approved in half the time that the K3s are. Most people are getting their visas back in less than 3 months and us and one other couple both had k3s and were in upwards of 5 months of AP. Theirs got denied for suspicion of the girl still being married to her ex. Which she obviously wasn't. It was the embassy's mistake. But, go with the CR1... better Idea. take care and good luck.
