His options are:

1. Go to the interview

2. Do not go to the interview

As for the marital prolems, these should have been worked out before five days to the interview. If he goes to the interview and his wife is approved then she can stay legally. If he does not go she will most assuredly be denied. Denial will be expensive to appeal (fight) if they change their minds.

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Huh? She's adjusting status?

Now he says enough is enough.....His options are ?

1. Marriage counseling.

2. Divorce.

(Not necessarily in that order.)

If he doesn't go to the interview the AOS is denied. He must call/write and withdraw his I-864 just to be safe.

He should kick her out of the house because she could try something underhanded. He should never be alone with her in case she tries something bad.

He should file for divorce.

She's been in the U.S. for three years, so she's probably lifting conditions from her conditional green card instead of adjusting status. However, we can't tell for sure from the original posting.

Agreed.

He should file for divorce.

Agreed.

Sounds like she needs children, more than the other things that he provides. She'd certainly do more housework with children around.
