I sent out my package on March 12th and did my bio on April 20th. Then I didn't hear anything so far. The processing seems to be very slow. I saw some march filers in other cities have got the green card. I wonder how everybody's progress is.

AOS Storyline:

---------- I-751 ----------

[July 11, 2012]: Biometrics appointment. [Day 42]

[June 27, 2012]: Received biometrics appointment notice. [Day 28]

[June 9, 2012]: Two-year green card expired. Driver's licence expired, too. Apply I-751 early, Folks! [Day 12]

[June 7, 2012]: Check cashed. [Day 10]

[June 1, 2012]: Package delivered to the Vermont office. USPS Priority is fast enough. [Day 4]

[May 29, 2012]: Sent I-751 package to Vermont office via Certified USPS Priority. [Day 1]

A long and short two-year. Time really flies!

---------- I-485 ----------

[June 9, 2010]: Interview Day! Very smooth after a long wait (2-3 hours wait). Got Green Card! [Day 89]

[May 7, 2010]: Received interview appointment - June 9th. No EAD yet though. [Day 56]

[April 20, 2010]: Biometric. About one hour wait time. [Day 39]

[April 7, 2010]: Walk-in biometric rejected. They didn't want to do it. [Day 26]

[April 4, 2010]: Received biometric appointment notice - April 20th. Dated March 30th. [Day 23]

[March 26, 2010]: Received NOAs for I-485, I-130, I-756, I-131. [Day 14]

[March 23, 2010]: Checks cashed. Case established on USCIS website. [Day 11]

[March 22, 2010]: Received texts and emails for receipt # for all 4 applications [Day 10]

[March 15, 2010]: Package received and signed by USCIS [Day 3]

We filed in February. We have not had word about the green card despite being transferred to CSC in March. There a lot more people that have not received their green card (that filed February until now) then have at this point. It seems kinda random right now how people are being approved. We are waiting patiently...

We are moving pretty well. We filed 3/26, Biometrics on 4/29, our case was transferred to CSC (I can't remember but you can look at my timeline) and we keep getting touches on our case. Are you tracking your case on uscis website? That helps alot! Good luck to you.

Not everyone gets an interview.. sometimes you case gets transferred to CSC like ours did, and no RFE's yet star_smile.gif

Hello,

Generally speaking, AOS process usually takes 3-5 months until you recieve GC. I think that you are still head of time or at least on schedule.

It really depends on timing and location where you're local AOS office is.

We all understand how much you worry about, but pretty much what we can tell is "To wait" unless you are under speical circumstance where you have to make an action which you are not, I assume.

Hope that you'll get interveiw latter shortly and being relieved little bit.
