Well they are not made up pictures. These are real. That is fact and not propaganda.

well it's not as if they were not warned to get out. The Israelis even dropped flyers advising them to get out..

I read something interesting on a site a few minutes ago; posted about it too. They listed some of the pictures from Qana and commented on them. They suggested that perhaps the bodies shown in the photos were of people who didn't actually die THERE. They have a point.

Most of the bodies shown - the people were alleged to have died in the building collapse - have no signs of blood or injury, as one would expect from a building falling on you. Also, they almost all had perfectly clean hair, and very little plaster/concrete dust on them anywhere. Next, they pointed out that these images were from 1 hour after the collapse of the building, yet all of the bodies showed signs of advanced rigor mortis. Lastly, there was a picture of one child who was covered in dirt and dust; the only one I saw. However, hanging from the child's shirt was a perfectly clean, bright blue pacifier. #######?

I don't really know WHAT to think. I agree with them about the evidence, or lack thereof, in the images. I also believe that Israel did indeed blow up a building. I don't find it outside the realm of possibility however, that the bodies were planted after the fact. There were allegedly 60 people in the building when it was hit. They've recovered 28 bodies, mostly of children. How many kids do these people have??? Does anyone else find it odd that a building blown up by Israel just happens to have an entire village of children in it?

It now appears that the military had no information on rockets launched from the site of the building, or the presence of Hezbollah men at the time.

The Israel Defense Forces had said after the deadly air-strike that many rockets had been launched from Qana. However, it changed its version on Monday.

The site was included in an IAF plan to strike at several buildings in proximity to a previous launching site. Similar strikes were carried out in the past. However, there were no rocket launches from Qana on the day of the strike.

I hope someday logic, reason and rationality drowns out the over-emotional loud-mouthed 'kill crazy' psychopathic freaks who think sacrificing our values to defeat a perceived enemy (however evil) is a worthwhile sacrifice. There's a certain amount of hypocrisy there.

'Hypocrisy' is also demanding that an entire civilian population abandon their houses, land and possessions and evacuate the region. Then slaughtering large numbers of those who remain (who are unable for one reason or another, to leave) and blaming it on Hezbullah for using them as human shields. Not exactly a 'fair game' in my view.

Jordan...Israel has a peace agreement with Jordan which they have always respected. Jordan is one of out few friends in the region, but they know that they want no part of this.

I made the point earlier that the difficulty of determining who is or isn't a "terrorist" is not particularly clear cut. One guy with a gun is much the same as another and may have vastly different motivations and affilitations.

Israel's continued targetting of the civilian infrastructure, both in Palestine and in Lebanon makes me think that they've adopted the tactics of their enemies and that ultimately they don't care, and consider everyone fair game in Southern Lebanon.

Telling people to leave an area is one thing, its another entirely for those people to actually do it.... and... go where... exactly? Considering that airstrikes have destroyed airports, major roads and other transport infrastructure, they've arguably reduced movements of weapons and artillery, but they've also curtailed the movement of people.

are you really serious to believe that there is no PR going on with this? and launching missiles from the neighborhood makes them a legit target, with the understanding that they (the israelis) will do everything they can to minimize civilian casualties. if they were launching nukes from that area would you still say the neighborhood should be off limits? i too have seen reports that the bodies found in that building are questionable in that they could have been planted there. perhaps a conspiracy theory, perhaps some truth to that as it would make bad PR for the israelis.
