Is it necessary to list EVERY visit? or just the last three visits?

If I need to list every visit, how do I go about attaching a page to the form (what is the official procedure)?

Thanks.

As stated in the qn itself "list dates of ALL previous to, or residence in..." so yes, obviously you do.

In regards to attaching a sheet, this is what I use: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...st&id=12098 except change the details, so at the top you would list what form it applies to, what question it applies to, a short description "previous visits or residences in the USA" and your alien number and name at the bottom.

Hope that makes sense.

Reading line 35 it requires a listing of all visits. All means a complete list.

When attaching additional pages you would put "see attached page" on the third line. On that attached page you want to put the person's name and case #, along with DS-230, Question 35 and then give the data needed for all the trips in the format shown.

That is exactly what we did and had no problems.

I tried to list as many trips as I could remember but going back over 10 years it did become difficult. I recall reading of some members listing something similar to: "numerous trips between 200* - 200*, none longer than a week." Not sure if that helps or not. Good luck.
