Gosh... I think I spoke too soon and possible they heard me.....

I usually don’t get a lot of activity.. Some days ago I got the note that submission was transfer to CSC, today I got an email advising :

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you...

So, this mean CSC kicked it back to USCIS due to? and interview will be schedule [Next Step?]..

or this is their normal process system, CSC and then back to USCIS?

I am not worry about the interview as we have all the necessary information/proof etc, I just want to understand this message.

No, I think that is just the email from them letting you know it's at the CSC office. I got the same one right after I was notified of the transfer.

Hugs, Liz

Meaning, after your AOS was transfer to CSC you got the same email that has been transfer back to USCIS?

I could consider, CSC is done with their so called Process and now when back to USCIS for production, perhaps?

Well the problem with both AP and EAD is that their timeline is 90 days according to USCIS, so its doubtful, but always possible, that they will do anything to speed it up if its in normal processing times, or from what one of the Jan filers said as well - she has her interview soon so they stopped processing on both of her documents. Yes, my case looks like that case. USCIS updated (03/04 on both cases) once my biometric done and no more then. As like you says, I has my interview soon so they stopped all but stucked in original stages in online status, no more forward. ohmy.gif Only sit and wait until interview.

Hello Everyone

We have been members for a few years now and I try not to post to much, I just read every evening all the other post because they seem to answer a lot of my question. Today, I am feeling just a little frustrated with waiting, waiting, and waiting some more. I know thats the name of the game but I just wish I could make everyone's dreams come true of getting those final notices with APPROVAL stamped all over!!

03/04/10- Email stating that the California Center has our file and is processing!! Can anyone tell me if that means we will have to have any type of interview? We are setting in the time frame which is noted on our timeline (time has not past yet)for an approval. I know they are not for sure but I also wanted to know if we pass that time what happens then.

Thanks

Cindy

Thanks,

Desmond & Cynthia

I do not when we received interview notice because all our AOS mails are delivered to my Husband's parents house. His parents were out of town for a week and they just came back today.

They told us that we had received interview notice.

It says that our interview date is May 10!!!.

How exciting!!!

Mine hasn't touched since March 17th neither but it seems there are some progress!!

Anyway, I know we are all waiting waiting and get frustrated but we are moving forward little by little.

By the way, Congratulations all the CSC transfers, EAD, AP approval or Interview notice!!!

I do not post a lot but I do read all the post every day. I am very happy for Feb. Filers news!!
