Shani, I have the same size, I've been thinking about reduction for a very long time, I totally changed my mind when I saw pictures. And it wasn't some horror worst scenario pictures. More like women showing how happy they were about the surgery :s

The scars are really really bad, it's like a key hole shape scar. The boobs lose their shape, they're not round anymore...

And it's not recommended to have this surgery if you plan on having a baby in the next 2 years.

I highly recommend you to look for some pictures before you do anything.

I haven't totally quit the idea though, maybe the day I'll be sure I don't want anymore babies.

I'm just worried about the scars, my hubby is against it, he thinks I can just do a few chest presses in the gym every day and they'll be rock hard and higer like fake ones, lol.

I had a breast reduction two decades ago and I'm glad I did. It's still holding 'em high, and the scars aren't horrible, even though I'm a person of color. I got references from my doc before and saw several women who had it done before making my decision. If you have light skin, the scars are even less visible over time. But, it is essential that you get the best doctor you can, someone with a lot of experience who is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery and make sure s/he will be the one actually performing your procedure. There is more than one way of achieving the results you want, and you want to understand what wil be done and be comfortable with it. Insurance will pay for it if it is deemed to be for medical purposes, i.e. to alliviate back pain. The doctor takes photos of your chest and composes a justification to submit to insurance to obtain permission. The more you know, the better decision you will make.

I'm with charles!, a nice C-D is all that's necessary. I had a girlfriend with E cups, and though they were very nice, they were very nice then. I'm not really sure if they're as nice now that they're probably sitting on top of her belt. If there's a medical need to reduce size, go for it. There'll be plenty leftover.

Personally, I could probably fill out a B cup. I'm not looking to get falsies anytime soon. However, on the falsies note, a woman should only get falsies to upgrade to a C or D cup. A cups are A-OK on a very fit woman, B is best on a small girl and on everyone else, C or D is all that's necessary. E and above is great if you can work it, but uh, you're going to be 40 someday.

Not to break the theme but I am way more interested to the size of the Stomach or rear than Chest.

I would never suggest ore ask my wife go under the knife for a ####### job, even if she was a member of the IBTC. (Itty bitty.....).

I guess I am just shallow in other ways.

I am the "gifted" member of my family, who sprouted in 6th grade to a 34C. That in itself was hell as kids 3-6 grade are not ready to deal with girls with boobies. It lead to some rather strange stuffing acts on the part of other little girls, sock, balloons, fruit you name it. The largest I ever got after the birth of a child was a 36 double G and that was cartoon hell. As far as then sagging , it is more hereditary than size related, thank god. As I age I do find my shoulders have no tolerance for pretty bra straps. The little thin ones that most styles sport are painful for more than a few hours. But corsets are great especially good ones like Vollers or Axfords

If you want to ''function'' like a normal person than go for it.Do you plan having children in the future? If the answer is 'yes' than wait after you have children and after that do it.
