AOS Help Please

Hi Fellas and Bellas,

I will be sending AOS in few days. I want to make sure I have everything they need. Please give me a feed back if I need to add something more or not.

I have I-765, I-485, I-864 and G-325A Forms. I am also sending them copies of his passport, visa, I-94 ( front and back)

Noa2, his birth certificate, certified marriage certificate and two passport photos.

Anything else I am missing?? I am not sure about the Tax if i need to include w-2 for couple of years??

My husband also included his 1040s and W-2s for the three most recent tax years together with his employment letter as supplement for my AOS package.

I-131 in case of emergency back home?

Get tax transcripts for the last 3 years. 800 829 1040. They will fax free while talking to them or mail and you normally get them in about 7 days. ALL free.

Transcripts are more valid than returns. No need W2s or returns either when you submit transcripts.
