Yes old boyfriend want me back because now divorced, me do not want stay single.

If me became a citizen through an ex-husband (me and him divorced a few months after get citizenship). Is it ok if after breakdown of the marriage can I file to bring me old ex boyfriend from Mexico? mucho gracias.

Your ex-boyfriend?? woa, that is cold. That question the motive behind the visa and the divorce.

O.K senorita, i think you can apply but you have to wait for another 3-4 years. The consulate will definately catch up to your game. You ex-boyfriend definately waited for his time. By the way, if he has enterred the USA illegally in the past, then he will not be qualified for a visa and also if he has overstayed his visa before too.

Why does she have to wait 3-4 years

aussiewitch,

I don't know why the #$@# she got to wait 3-4 years but this person sounds phony and so do you !!![/colot]

why ypu so rude to aussiewench? what the hell did aussiewench say wrong????

aussiewitch,

Well aussiewitch or whatever your name is, since you are trying to be smart. We have seen so many cases like that and even an immigration lawyer will tell you that filling for someone immediately after a divorce and especially old ex-boyfriend smells a fraud.

Dude...you are walking on a fine line here....I for one am sick of your hegative a$$ posts. Now you go and mess with someone who's got more knowledge in her little finger than you do in your entire brain. Man, your f*ed up attitude stinks. If you can't post anything of merit then stop. I don't think anyone wants to read anymore of your dribble.

As for the OP...not for a moment do I believe any of this...but this is just my opinion. It's not for me to decide if she's real or not...that will be for the USCIS to decide.
