If me became a citizen through an ex-husband (me and him divorced a few months after get citizenship). Is it ok if after breakdown of the marriage can I file to bring me old ex boyfriend from Mexico? mucho gracias.

exactly! I can usually understand a spanish speaker who speaks broken english (translate what they're saying to spanish and then back to english), but in this case, it just doesn't make sense. Troll alert!

O.K senorita, i think you can apply but you have to wait for another 3-4 years. The consulate will definately catch up to your game. You ex-boyfriend definately waited for his time. By the way, if he has enterred the USA illegally in the past, then he will not be qualified for a visa and also if he has overstayed his visa before too.

Well aussiewitch or whatever your name is, since you are trying to be smart. We have seen so many cases like that and even an immigration lawyer will tell you that filling for someone immediately after a divorce and especially old ex-boyfriend smells a fraud.
