To those who are preggers..Here are "Ant's Baby Predictions"....

(though I could be wrong..50/50 chance here...just guessing for fun, that's all...;)...)

Reven-It's a girl...

ValerieA-It's a girl...

Team J and B- It's a boy...

redBlue-It's a boy...

Lol...Now let me know if I'm right/wrong, ok? Just guessing..lol....

By the way, are any of you going to find out when you do your ultrasounds (if you haven't done so already...)?

Regardless, as long as the baby is happy and healthy, then so be it, boy or girl...regardless....

Happy pregnancies, everyone! And congrats again...:)

Speaking of which, I got it done this morning! That's why I'm in such a good mood. Little kidney bean is doing fine and clocked in at 165 heart beats a minute.

They gave us a photocopy of the ultrasound image, which I drew a stick baby on the little bean (so hubby knows where the head is), scanned it and sent it off to him this morning. He was soooo excited.

Lol..A baby due date timeline...I like that...

Sigh..I wish this timeline was here last year while I was pregnant...

I'm a year too early!....lol

Btw...If any of you are interested, regardless...

Ant+D+BabyA- July 25, 2009 EDD.....Lol..and needless to say, he was 6 days late (and would have been later if I we hadn't induced him out!)....

Overall..EDDs are just estimates...(actually only 2% of babies are born on their EDDs)

And in the end, it is up to the baby to decide as to when they want to be born....Happy Birthday!

I was thinking the other day we needed a Cdn babies thread! I am due August 18th, 2010. Obviously 2010. I don't know why I felt like I had to put the year on that. And can we not talk about big babies

Ant

Those I assume are not covered by healthcare. I got a brochure with the following prices for 3D:

30 mins ultrasound session

Optional gender assessment

Visualizing baby's heartbeat

Keepsake folder (DVD, CD with images, 2 4x6 printed photos)

Optional web hosting for two months

$199 CAD

20 mins ultrasound session

Optional gender assessment

Visualizing baby's heartbeat

Keepsake folder (CD with images, 2 4x6 printed photos)

Optional web hosting for two months

$179 CAD

10 mins ultrasound session

Visualizing baby's heartbeat

1 4x6 printed photo

$99

Yikes, that's very expensive! I haven't decided whether I should do 3D or do the old fashion one.

I would like to deliver in the US, but that depends on if I am done the CR-1 process in time, and on health insurance. If they don't get this screw-up here fixed, I don't have US health care, and don't see the point in spending 10k+.

Timeline

I moved to the US in April 2008 and Monkey was born in January 2009 in San Francisco. I will be delivering #2 here as well.

I know the conception date of both pregnancies so I tend to calculate from that date (it makes more sense to me, personally).

My EDD is July 25, 2010.

With Monkey, his EDD was January 25, 2009 and he came on the 14th. With five of my girl friends who delivered that year, all were at least a week early. I think #2 will be early, too, but not more than five days early. ^_^
