Congrats...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

It really is what you think it is.

This will be such a momentus occasion for you, I suggest yer USC Spouse get ready with a huge-ish celebration, to include family, friends, copious amounts of food, and adult beverages.

If he's not up for that, perhaps a day trip to a Day Spa, instead?

Momentus occasion? :D Jeez, it is nice to be approved, but inviting friends to celebrate removing conditions..? lol, most of my american friends and family have little clue about what green card is, let alone cryptic 'removal of conditions' thingie :D It is not as important as initial GC or citizenship either way.

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
