How do terrorists get visa?

This latest terrorist on xmas has me ticked off! Everyone here knows how hard the visa process is and how hard it is to get a visa for visiting or vactions in the US by people from other countries.

So how do terrorists get visas???????

I guess some have apparent immaculate backgrounds and are probably chosen due to that. The people who actually execute these must be above suspicion, I guess, for it to work.

Depends on what country they are from regarding difficulty.

Visa fraud is the method. If you take a person who has no criminal record or any record of being involved with a terrorist organization, set him up with a "paper business" some money in the bank and other things neede to look good they can get a tourist visa. It is one of the reasons there are judgements allowed by consulates, rather than just cut and dried qualifications which any terrorist could simplly comply with to get a visa.

The problem people do not understand is that terrorist organizations are constantly "attacking" or attempting to attack the USA through various methods, visa fraud is just one. No matter what rules we make, if the terrorists continue to attempt it, and they will, they WILL occasionally succeed in getting a visa. Nigeria turns down a LOT of visas, but obviously issues some. It is only necessary for the US agencies to fail ONE time and we are subject to attack. The terrosits can fail over and over and over, but as long as they come back again and again and again, they will eventually get through.

Now they are saying his father warned the US he was a terrorist! He also was flying in from Amsterdam. Don't people have to have visas before they board a plane? They are now reporting that he got a visa directly from the US after being turned down in Yemen.

it does make one wonder... how convenient that we have an incident just in time to "support" more troops to Afghanistan to fight the "War on Terror" ... sooo interesting how he got on that plane so easily..hmmmmm....
