  1. Thank you! Yes the clinicals are important as we practice our skills on 'real' people, not mannequins. The 1st one is 5th September so I'll be in my 3rd week by 18th September (interview day). I will wait to hear what the instructor says and hope they are sympathetic. Thanks again for everyone's advice. I was about to mail a letter back and reschedule but now I've changed my mind thanks to you guys!
  2. Thank you, I'll see what the school says. I really wasn't expecting this process to take so long! I thought I'd be done before school starts. Sucks!
  3. Thank you for the advice! I am going to email one of the program leaders and see if they can help with a solution. I definitely don't want to mess up my interview.
  4. Congrats to all you lucky people who have passed their interviews! I received my interview letter for 18th September. Only problem is, is that I have also just been accepted into a really awesome nursing program and my interview lands on one of my first important clinical days in a hospital. Anyone know if its ok to request a specific day of the week (Friday) for an interview? I don't want to seem ungrateful for the interview but I also don't want to miss my nursing classes as this will look bad also.
