What to do forget to send the I-693 form???

Since you've already mailed your package - there is nothing you really can do but wait to get an RFE - I would not attempt to send anything by itself and hope it catches up with everything else.

I'd hang on to what you've got - when you get the RFE (which will be a while) - reply with what you have. (Any delay caused would likely be minimal.)

:time:<--this not only helps you but it helps others as well...

I sent mine without it and I have not recived any RFE or anything. Case was transfered to CSC and no problems so far.

I have it here tho incase I do get RFE.

Dont worry about it and just send it if they request it. Or bring it to the interview when you get one.

My wife's petition also lacked the I-693 and she never received an RFE. Case was transferred to CSC and she had Green Card in hand in 2 months from mailing the petition.

the I-693 is in the sealed envelope from the civil surgeon right?

Yes, sometimes cases will get approved with it. Some countries make the vaccinations a mandatory part of the physical exam, so if the vaccination history is complete and it's in the medical records, there's no need for the form.

I would just wait and see what happens, but be ready for the possibility that you'll have to go get the form from a Civil Surgeon.

Thank you for the clarification, as my wife was required to receive all of her vaccinations prior to the interview for the K-1 visa: That was how come we did not include the vaccination.

Hi there,

Is there any grounds to avoid vaccinations all together? What if the full medical was already done and you are willing to do all the tests except the vaccinations? Would this be accepted?

Thank you

vaccinations are to help you, why do you want to avoid it?

Here is what would happen in this case two scenarios

1. You would get an RFE, send the papers with the RFE done deal.

2. You would not get an RFE, when you would get your interview letter, it would state that bring in 693 form / vaccination records with you at the time of the interview if you have not sent it earlier with your application.

So in any case if you have your 693 sealed packet keep it safe. Keep the vaccination records safe as well.
